The Division of Molecular Electronics and Bioelectronics (M&BE) of the Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP) is pleased to announce the 12th International Conference on Molecular Electronics and Bioelectronics (M&BE12), to be held in Kobe, Japan, from June 15 (Mon) to 17 (Wed), 2026. The M&BE Division has been active for more than three decades and is one of the largest organizations in Japan in this research field. Since 2001, the M&BE Conference has been held biennially, attracting around 300 participants each time, and is widely recognized as one of the most authentic and well-established international conferences in this field held in Japan.
The objective of this conference is to bring together researchers from a broad range of disciplines to share and discuss recent advances in organic materials and devices, as well as bio-related research, from the perspectives of physics and chemistry. Over the years, the M&BE Conference has cultivated an interdisciplinary community covering a wide spectrum of topics related to organic molecules, including fabrication and structural control, characterization and material physics, functional materials, electronic and photonic devices, energy conversion, nanobiotechnology, and biomedical engineering. Plenary and invited lectures will highlight the latest developments at the forefront of these fields. We welcome contributed papers for both oral and poster sessions, and we especially encourage young and motivated researchers worldwide to take advantage of this opportunity.
